Customized counting system
With the programmed sensor, the system counts a stream of continuously flowing product until the desired amount of product is met. Then the chute closes to allow movement of the fully packed box off the conveyor and to move the next empty box into place. System has automatic backup safety counting system that will step in in case of sensor count failure. Customized counting system includes storage hopper, chute and indexing conveyor.
