Model HL2000 high-level palletizer from Columbia Machine is designed to provide a low-cost, flexible palletizing solution. Capable of speeds up to 20 cases per minute, it can be upgraded to higher speeds as your needs change.

Has a small footprint, handles a variety of product and pallet sizes, and is ideally suited for multiple-line layouts that require dedicated machines. Using a special soft-handling design, cases of product are accurately metered, counted and oriented into the palletizer at the infeed, for smooth, continuous feeding of the product. Standard NEMA 12 enclosure houses all the controls. Sophisticated operator touchscreens are available.
