Modular construction allows greater flexibility for options, modifications, and future expansions. Manufacturer claims production efficiency is typically up to 98%. Standard version blank module holds about 700 B-flute type blanks, so it needs refilling only every 15 to 20 min. Unique film wrapping section uses a lap seal system with no seal bar; shrink tunnel has a patented air-flow system that shrinks the film tightly around the pack, making it ideal for printed or registered films. Each module has its own independent servo drive, all of which are networked together.
