Bemis Co., Inc. signed an agreement to sell its Menasha, WI, and Catoosa (Tulsa), OK, facilities to Exopack Holding Corp.

Italy-based Prasmatic shrink wrapping and case packing machinery is available in the U.S. and Germany-based oli packaging machinery is available in the U.S. and Canada and both are represented by Alliance Packaging Solutions, LLC.

Systech Intl. and Videojet Brazil entered into a partnership where Videojet will sell, install, and support Systech’s serialization solution in Brazil, allowing pharmaceutical manufacturers to meet the country’s emerging regulatory requirements.

Motoman Inc. and Yaskawa Electric America, Inc. announced they will combine to form Yaskawa America, Inc. The Motoman Inc. operations, headquartered in Dayton, OH, will form the Motoman Robotics Division of Yaskawa America; the Yaskawa Electric America, Inc. operations, headquartered in Waukegan, IL, will form the Drives & Motion Division.

Schneider Electric Elau Packaging Solutions relocated its headquarters into the new Packaging Technology and Solutions Center in Des Plaines, IL.
