They easily handle flexible packaging, plastic containers, cartons, cases, and bundles. These plastic belt conveyors provide high impact resistance for a longer life. The sprocket-driven belts also ensure positive tracking while providing quiet, smooth, trouble-free performance. In addition, the side-turning design of the belts allows products to be transported using minimal floor space.

Available in 12” and 18” wide designs, MCE offers Mat-Style Conveyors in both painted mild steel and stainless steel construction. These proven designs easily fit into varying packaging line layouts. Most components are in stock and there are several styles of guide rails, support legs, and accessories from which to choose. If that’s not enough, each conveyor section is shipped completely assembled, saving you time and money upon arrival at your facility.
