Simplimatic: Space-saving spiral conveyor

Simplimatic Automation’s 36-in. diameter spiral conveyor allows continuous product flow while changing elevations, and offers the convenience of smaller size with greater strength.

Easily adaptable for different products, the space-saving conveyor is also offered in a wash-down application. Its corrosion-protected RexHiPro roller chains provide high protection against mechanical and chemical impact, with corrosion resistance in a salt spray test at >600 h acc. to ISO 9227. The long lifespan of the chain reduces and helps eliminate the need to replace parts, so day-to-day operation costs on the spiral can be kept low. Manager.

The spiral conveyor specs include:  36-in. center line diameter – large diameters available if needed; 12-in. pitch per 360-degree coil – standard; available with smooth or grip top flight, depending on application; elevator or lowerator styles; fixed (standard) or adjustable guides available; mild steel with powder coat construction; extruded aluminum base frame – standard; conveyor and base frame also available in stainless steel; available in 4 discharge configurations ¬– inline, 90 degree, 180 degree, 270 degree.
