Constructed of 11-gauge brushed stainless steel for quality and sanitary conditions, the flipper pushes cases further down the line to both a vibratory conveyor and gravity roller conveyor. The unit is also capable of passing the boxes without rotation when required.
Starwheels can be designed to accommodate a wide variety of sizes and line speeds, and may be used for a variety of applications. In many cases the product packaging requires cases to be gently stacked upside down before palletizing which helps make the case flipper a key element for products of many markets. All controls are UL listed, included, and required to operate the case flipper. Additional pneumatic components are mounted and piped on the conveyor with poly tubing.
