This high speed and flexible caser, packs 240 cartons/minute into single cases and utilizes a 4x4 packing pattern. It has a servo control load head to adjust to various fractions of quart side cartons, and is height adjustable. It comes with dual in-feed carton conveyors, case conveyor and line breaks. Among the options available, are extensions to carton and case conveyors, and motor controls for incoming conveyors.

“This caser has a servo controlled load head which adjusts to handle different size cartons with a single HMI selection. Carton loading is not only fast but extremely smooth,” explains Fred Beer, President of Westfalia’s Deam Systems division.

As with all Westfalia Deam Systems equipment, the Fractional Quart Carton Caser is constructed of stainless steel and is ideal for the wet environments found in dairy and beverage facilities. It is guaranteed to perform to the specification. Each piece is thoroughly tested (Factory Automation Tests) before shipping and installation at the customer’s facility.
