Label-Aire: 3-Panel DVD Case Labeling System

Label-Aire introduces its new Inline Series 6000 open-frame labeling system for apply-only and print-and-apply labeling. For DVD case labeling, pre-printed security warning labels are handled by Label-Aire's New Generation 3114 Tamp-Blow applicator while the bar code labels are applied using the all-new 3138-N printer applicator.

By combining Label-Aire's proven inline conveyor technology with the 3114 and 3138-N, the end result is the versatile, fast, and reliable labeling system the customer was looking for. The Label-Aire 3-Panel DVD Case Labeling System applies labels to the tops and bottoms of DVD movie cases at speeds up to 80 ppm. The 3-panel application of each label takes place when the unit's two pneumatic wipe down stations perform their duty by ensuring that the labels have adhered to the front and back sides of the DVD case. Label placement accuracy is +/- 1/32" (.8 mm).
