The TR2000SW sleeve wrapper from Trinamics Inc. is a fully automatic wraparound sleeving system for bowls containing fresh or frozen product. Sleever automatically accepts bowls of product into the sleever infeed where a rotary feeder draws a flat die-cut sleeve from the large capacity flat blank magazine and places the sleeve on top of the bowl.
The bowl and sleeve are conveyed through an engineered closing assembly that forms, folds, and seals the sleeves around the bowls. The finished package is discharged onto a take-away conveyor. Speeds range from 10 to 120 sleeves/min.
