The new Bemis (Minneapolis, MN) ultrasonic valve bag sealer seals bags containing dusty, powdery and free-flowing products at speeds to 5 bags/min.

The PLC-controlled sealer picks up bags after filling and transfers them to the sealing head where they are sealed, then discharges them onto a conveyor. It can be used in conjunction with Bemis valve bag placers and packers for a fully-automatic valve bag packing and sealing system. Right- and left-handed models are available.
