Model GBP 240 continuous-motion bottle packer from Nigrelli Systems (Kiel, WI) is capable of loading six-count 1-gal and eight-count 1/2-gal bottles into preformed trays or cases at speeds to 240 bottles/min.

Trays can be made of corrugated, plastic or wire, shallow or full depth, with or without flaps. The PLC-controlled system includes bottle guides and pusher lugs, and low-friction thermoplastic conveyor chains. Quick changeover requires no tools.
