Roll-fed labeler

An updated version of the 900 Series Polyclad roll-fed labeler from Associated Packaging Equipment (Markham, Ontario, Canada) features stainless-steel construction for use by the dairy, food and beverage industries.

A dual-worm infeed positively places containers in front of the label cylinder for stability with tall containers. A vacuum within the conveyor holds down empty bottles during labeling. Labels 100-mL bottles at speeds to 450/min.
