The Flex Print compact in-line printer from Bell-Mark (Pine Brook, NJ) measures 16" W x 18" H, for easy integration with most hf/f/s machines, including Multivac, Tiromat, Dixie, and Mahaffy & Harder.

A patented geared S-wrap drive prints only when it senses that the packaging machine is pulling the film. When printing stops, an encoder signals the printing cylinder to return to its starting position.
