This gives Pro Mach the capability to design and manufacture equipment that produces high-quality vacuum, modified atmosphere, and ambient packages. Mahaffy & Harder will become part of Pro Mach's Ossid div., a provider of leak proof packaging and labeling solutions for case-ready protein products.
