The new version of the GD 500 sensor uses a pair of sensors to most accurately assess the volume of liquid adhesive dispensed onto a corrugated board.
The GD 500 sensor utilizes an easy-to-use LCD display and keypad interface to simplify setup and changeovers. A dynamic calibration process automatically learns the desired adhesive profile. Adjustable thresholds for either too much or too little glue can be defined.
GD 500 sensors can be incorporated into the Nordson corrugated glue station as part of a comprehensive adhesive dispensing and detection system. In conjunction with a LogiComm® system, GD 500 sensors offer a total application and quality monitoring solution.
