Mobil Chemical, Films Div., (Pittsford, NY) has released a literature sheet discussing the role of fat in food packaging. "Low-fat/No-fat Foods Require Enhanced Packaging" makes recommendations for selecting proper films to prevent flavor and aroma loss, as well as to protect food texture.
