The Cintex (Kenosha, WI) CPI visual inspection system provides real-time data as it inspects up to 200 plastic, paperboard, or single-sided foil packs/ min.

Using the Eyesys sensor, it detects errors such as missing or broken products, incorrectly positioned products, and other deviations. A reject station removes non-conforming packs. Suitable for applications in the confectionery, bakery, food processing, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
