The PCS offers true ANSI / ISO on-line bar code grading functions that provide a quality tool to qualify code print and readability.

This turnkey system combines a precision conveyor with a synchronized top hold down belt for horizontal printing or side hold belts for vertical printing. The system is integrated with a Wolke m600 Thermal Inkjet Printer, which utilizes Hewlett-Packard disposable inkjet technology, a SeaVision OCV Character Verification System and a reject station. This fully integrated module provides pharmaceutical/medical manufacturers with an easy to operate, flexible system to meet a variety of coding requirements.

Complete Validation is available on all three components of the Pharmacarton Coding System II. SUSTAINED COMPLIANCE can be achieved as validation can be backed up to durable media to ensure that the system can be recovered at a later date.
