Fills and applies stoppers or caps to sterile vials at speeds from 80 - 250 BPM*. Fill accuracy is achieved with six volumetric pistons controlled by Capmatic’s “Compufill” control system.
Other cap and plug sorting systems are available. Machine handles bottles up to 50 mm in diameter. The Conquest Rotary still fills on the fly like its Conquest filling walking beam relative but it has a smaller installation footprint.
