The 10-lane unit with a double index (two processing points) fills 20 coffee pods in one step. The filler is installed vertically and can be positioned over the pods depending on product weight and density. Function modules installed overhead in the machine frame are easy to pull out for use, and contribute to the system’s small footprint. The packaging line can also be integrated with secondary packaging machines. The system provides safe pod transfer in addition to a counting and stacking devices.
