MGS Machine Corp.: Pick-and-place machine

A redesigned Model IPP-170 intermittent-motion pick-and-place machine from MGS Machine Corp. (Maple Grove, MN) has sleeker lines and a standard touch pad control station.

A new, CE-friendly layout and guarding package, as well as an improved infeed design for a simpler, quicker changeover, round out the key modifications made to the machine. This model can now place products both horizontally or vertically. Speeds to 70 placements/min are accomplished via the smooth pivot-rod motion of the machine.
