The GL-90 packaging system from Fres-co System USA (Telford, PA) is for premade pouches in a variety of styles. Automatic stainless-steel machine can run both flat and stand-up pouches that serve as replacements for #10 cans.

Also runs smaller stand-up pouches with zippers for the retail market. Machine runs to 80 pouches/min, depending on product, pouch size, and filling system. Fres-co’s multi-ply, printed-foil, or clear pouches can hold liquid, solid, and dry products, or any combination of the above. Steam injection, full vacuum with gas flush, and in-line fitment insertion are available.
