As the new President of LasX, Falch plans to focus and scale the company through operational excellence. "Our company has spent the last 20 years building an amazing technology platform with robust engineering and automation capabilities. We will shift the core of our business from custom engineering and short run manufacturing to better defined platforms that include both equipment products and contract manufacturing solutions," said Falch. A huge focus for Falch will be on cultivating a strong company culture and vision. "It is extremely important the direction of our company is communicated on a level that allows every employee to feel part of something bigger than themselves and their role is strategically important to the growth and performance of our company.”

Falch's promotion will enable CEO William Dinauer to focus on growing the company's global presence. Expanding LasX Europe and developing worldwide distributors and strategic relationships will be Dinauer's top priority. “I look forward to working with Ryan to take LasX to the next level in delivering outstanding laser processing solutions to our customers. Ryan’s priority is to focus LasX’s strong technological base and exceptional talent towards maximizing our customer’s experience and satisfaction with our solutions. Working with Ryan these last 2 years gained my trust and confidence that he is the right person to lead LasX.”
