AutomationDirect: Touchscreen operator interface panels

AutomationDirect’s EA3 C-more series 8- and 10-in micro-graphic operator touch panels are equipped with TFT LCD 800 x 600 pixel displays and a palette of 32K colors for customizing objects, screen backgrounds, and displaying bitmap graphics.

With 30MB memory, the panels feature seven user-defined function keys, each key with a user-defined red LED indicator. Additional features include a USB type-B programming port, two serial communications ports (15-pin and RJ12) and built-in alarm control setup.

In landscape mode, the panels can display 100 lines of static text, maximum 200 characters wide; in portrait mode the screens can display 133 lines of static text, maximum 150 characters wide. The panels also support 40 characters of dynamic text with embedded variables.

The EA3 series panels are UL rated for use on a flat surface of NEMA4/4X enclosures (for indoor use only); panels are powered from a Class 2, 12-24 VDC power supply.

The new line of C-more Micro graphic panels is backed with a two-year warranty.
