B & H Labeling Systems introduces sales and service team for Mexico and Central America

The team is responsible for bringing the company’s roll-fed labeling technologies, OEM parts, and OEM service to the market and for supporting B & H’s large and growing customer base in the region.
 
“B & H has a large installed base of labelers in Mexico and Central America, in part because the extreme reliability of our equipment meets the needs of this market so well. We support every labeler we’ve ever made with OEM parts, service and training to help the machines run at optimal performance and produce the best results,” said Bill Meeks, Global Director of Parts & Service. “By shifting more responsibility for the Mexican and Central American markets from our headquarters in the U.S. to our team in Mexico, we strengthen and speed our support to customers in this region.”

BH Labeling Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of B & H Labeling Systems. BH Labeling Mexico (BHLM) is the only company authorized to provide OEM parts, OEM service and OEM training for B & H labelers in Mexico and Central America.

Rodrigo Melo has been promoted to the position of Regional Sales Manager, BHLM, Mexico & Central America. Rodrigo has been with B & H for nine years. Prior to this promotion, he was Field Service Manager, Mexico. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechatronics engineering.

Miguel Castillo has been promoted to the position of Field Service Manager, BHLM, Mexico. Castillo has been with B & H for four years. His previous position was Field Service Engineer in Mexico. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechatronics engineering.

Karen Diaz has been appointed Inside Sales & Service Executive, BHLM, Mexico. She is based in the Mexico office where she supports the sale of spare parts and schedules service calls.

Patricia Flores has been appointed Inside Sales Coordinator, Mexico, Central & South America. She is based at B & H headquarters in Ceres, CA where she directly supports the team in Mexico City as well as customers in South America.
