tna opens office in Germany to extend customer support across Europe

Global integrated food packaging solutions specialist, tna, has opened a new office in Wettringen, Germany (tna Central Europe GmbH) to support customers across mainland Europe with technical services, project management, and post-installation assistance.

In addition to office and meeting space, the Wettringen site also offers a demo and workshop area, enabling customers to experience the company’s leading seasoning, distribution and packaging systems for themselves. tna’s new German language website at www.tnasolutions.de also brings further support to this important region and builds on tna’s global yet local ethos.

tna’s new Central Europe office extends its network of manufacturing, sales and technical support sites and offers excellent transport links to the rest of Germany, and Central Europe. In keeping with local environmental initiatives, the facility is equipped with a solar power plant. Featuring 1,300m2 of panels, the office is capable of producing approximately 182,000 KW of sustainable electricity per annum.

Andre Tombult, general manager for Central Europe, comments: “The team and I are delighted to announce the opening of our new office in Germany. Part of tna’s global expansion plans, the new site solidifies our service commitment to European customers and bolsters on-the-ground support in this key region. Importantly, it will help us to understand local needs and develop tailor-made innovations.”

The German office is the latest in a series of new site openings, including offices in São Paulo, Brazil, Johannesburg, South Africa, Qingdao, China, as well as a manufacturing hub in Birmingham, UK.
