ARPAC continues aggressive growth of technical staff

ARPAC LLC continues to build up its engineering and aftermarket technical staff with the addition of 5 new team members, reflecting the company’s continued commitment as a leader in robotic system integration and nationwide aftermarket support for packaging equipment.

Daniel Tillery recently joined ARPAC as the Southern California Regional Field Service Manager. He has over 15 years of maintenance experience directly related to packaging equipment, and over 7 years of experience in field service management.

Charles Smith has joined the aftermarket team, working out of Charlotte, North Carolina as a Southeast Regional Technician. He brings with him 19 years of experience with packaging equipment design and troubleshooting, plant management safety and maintenance programs.

"Daniel and Charles are key components of our strategic plan to provide unparalleled regional support for our customers," comments John Wolf, Vice President of Aftermarket Services. "A local presence will greatly enhance our response time and save our customers money on travel costs."

David Johnson has joined the team as Technical Service Engineer, supporting ARPAC customers through problem solving, troubleshooting equipment and resolution of operational equipment issues. In addition to a degree in Electronics, Johnson has vast knowledge of Serial and Ethernet communication on device networks & extensive experience with Allen Bradley PLC's, HMI, and motor drives.

Jason Brown joins the aftermarket team as a Service Technician based out of St Louis. In addition to a degree in Electronics/Robotics and Automation, he brings a wealth of experience with FANUC robots, Allen Bradley PLC's/HMI and automated robotic palletizing systems.

Ross Hegg joins ARPAC as Controls Engineer with Robotics Specialization, incorporating ten years of experience in Automation and Controls Engineering, specialization in robotic, HMI and PLC programming, network technology, servos and writing/debugging full system programs for custom automated machinery. "Ross will be our robotic integration expert, responsible for programming robots and machine controllers, testing, troubleshooting, debugging and machine designs," says Jim Barry, Director of Controls Engineering.
