Bashaw will work with key suppliers, converters, and extruders of paperboard packaging in further enabling development and commercialization of new products involving paperboard packaging. He will help identify and define market opportunities using unique solutions and will manage the technical aspects of these programs, such as EarthShield, and other consumer package goods solutions being developed. He will be working closely with the sales team to ensure understanding and provide the technical support required for us to grow in this category.
A graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Packaging, Mike’s background and experience includes 5 years with Avery Dennison (Northbrook, IL) where he held the position of Market Development Manager-Packaging. Prior to that, Mike was with Global as Sales Manager-Structural Packaging and with Alberto Culver (Melrose Park, IL) for 18 years, where he held a variety of roles in packaging development.
He will be based out of our New Berlin, WI location.
