Lenze Americas receives Alternatives’ Community Beacon Award

Lenze Americas, global manufacturer of electrical and mechanical drives, motion control and automation technology, has received the Community Beacon Award from Alternatives, a non-profit organization that provides services to individuals with disabilities: the award recognizes individuals, staff and community members that have made significant contributions to the Alternatives agency and the people it serves.

"We are delighted and honored to receive the Community Beacon Award,” states Jack Caruso, logistics/facilities manager, Lenze Americas.  “We applaud Alternatives for the wonderful enrichment programs and employment experiences they offer people who might otherwise not have such opportunities.”

Lenze Americas was presented with the award at Alternatives’ 37th Annual Thank You Reception held in Boxboro, MA in September.

“As a global company we consider it a privilege to support the local communities in which Lenze does business.  It has been very rewarding to work with those served by Alternatives’ important programs,” adds Louise Levasseur, supply chain manager, Lenze Americas.
