The company ranked 8th among large companies with more than 500 employees in the area. The annual award is sponsored by Workplace Dynamics, a national organization that surveys over one million employees each year and provides services to help companies improve their organizational health.
Automated Packaging Systems has three facilities in Streetsboro, OH for engineering, manufacturing, distribution, customer service and corporate headquarters. The company also has manufacturing and warehousing operations in Bedford and Garfield Heights, OH.
The Top Work Places Award is determined by confidential survey results from employees to measure levels of job satisfaction. Employees are asked to rate the company based on its leadership, pay, benefits and future potential. Automated Packaging received feedback that employees feel like they can make a difference, they do have an impact on the company’s success, and they feel appreciated.
