Suitable for small- to medium-sized bottling operations, the system loads as many as 600 3- to 5-gal bottles/hr. At normal speed, the system will load a standard 40-bottle rack in 4 min. Compatible with both steel and plastic racks, system is designed to integrate easily into a complete large-bottle production line, such as the company’s TritonLine™ series of bottle washers, fillers, and cappers. Bottles enter the system 4 at a time, tilted back to a horizontal position, then moved to the loading station. A proprietary alignment feature keeps bottles from rolling.
