Alusuisse Lonza Group Ltd. (Zurich, Switzerland) has agreed to sell Lawson Marden North American General Folding Carton operations in Radisson, NY, and London, Ontario, Canada, to Specialized Packaging Group (Hamden, CT).

The new entity will be called Specialized Packaging Group. Alusuisse Lonza Group Ltd. has also reached an agreement to purchase Pacquet Oneida (Clifton, NJ) from Butler & Smith (Clifton, NJ).
