IMA Nova will introduce two high-speed tablet counters at Pack Expo Las Vegas. Designed to meet the stringent efficiency and quality standards of both the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, the Conta C300 (shown) can achieve speeds of 30ꯠ tablets/min in a compact footprint.

Also, the Conta is said to be the only tablet counter that features a single-tablet reject technology, eliminating full-bottle rejects and associated rework. The new SP series tablet counters count tablets at 100-plus bottles/min in a single-lane configuration or 200 bottles/min in a dual-lane configuration.
