MJS Packaging offers bottles with a ratchet-neck finish designed for use with metered dose nasal pumps. The bottles are made of HDPE, have an 18-mm neck finish, and are available in both ½-oz and 1-oz sizes.In addition these bottles offer flexibility for the pharmaceutical and OTC nasal category as they are compatible with a variety of nasal pumps with ratchet systems. Multiple options for the metered dose nasal pumps are also available from MJS Packaging.

New requirements from the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) for child-resistant packaging for products containing specified levels of imidazolines will go into effect in Dec. 2014.These changes will have a significant impact on the need for child-resistant packaging in both the ophthalmic and nasal categories.
