Key Technology, a member of the Duravant family of operating companies, has acquired Eindhoven, the Netherlands-based Herbert Solutions, a supplier of sorting, washing, and processing equipment for root crops. Herbert Solutions will be a product brand within the Key’s overall portfolio of potato and vegetable solutions.
