Better Packages has been acquired by its president, Philip L. White and two additional partners under the name Better Packages Acquisition Corp.

Donald Barker and James LeFebvre join White in the privately held corporation. Barker is a principal in Creative Products Development, an engineering design firm. LeFebvre is a principal in a Certified Public Accountants group.
