Stogie warnings?

The Inspector General of the Dept. of Health and Human Services issued a report urging the Federal Trade Commission to require health warning labels on cigar packages similar to those on cigarettes and smokeless tobacco.

The FTC, which has authority to require such warning labels without congressional approval, has been considering the issue for nearly a year. The Cigar Assn. of America says no new warning labels are necessary, noting that most cigar makers already include a warning required by the State of California.
