Pack Air provides 365 days of service and support. Please leave a voicemail during non-business hours and a trained technician or service manager will assist you. We provide CAD drawings and a parts list for every piece of equipment sold to help you quickly identify recommended spare parts to order. Our service team will help assist you with finding the correct parts and identify any issues in the line audit.
We provide on-site training for operation and maintenance.

As part of the proof of Pack Air's reliability, we regularly receive spare part requests for 30-year-old conveyors.
