Volumetric filler accommodates range of products

The MULTI-FILL MPFSC-120 fully automatic filler deposits at speeds up to 120 containers per minute, depending on the product, fill volumes, container and line configuration. Product is loaded into the hopper, and a conveyor meters it to the filling head; the conveyor belt comes with special belt fingers or solid cleats. The unit can be placed over a multiple-lane production line to fill the same product into side-by-side containers, or it can be placed over a vertical or horizontal bagging machine to fill a variety of pouch types. A batch feed hopper can be used for feeding product in bulk.
