Volumetric filler designed for safety

The electrical and pneumatic components of the MULTI-FILL MPFSC-120 automatic volumetric filler are separated into 2 cabinets for additional safety. A bulk feeder can be added to the unit to fill short goods; the feeder utilizes a first in, first out product flow and automatically slows down or speeds up with the rest of the line. To fill products such as fermented vegetables, fruit cocktail and pico de gallo, a liquid pump option can be added to the filler to collect liquid that is normally lost through the bottom of the conveyor and recirculate it to the filling head, where it is dosed with the product into the container.
