OK Sealer has released an updated version of its Supersealer SB20TS Washdown Continuous Rotary Band Sealer, featuring a new touch screen (“TS”) control panel that streamlines operation and maintenance in demanding washdown environments.
With the new SB20TS-W touch panel, all key controls are centralized––including start/stop, speed, temperature, and maintenance––and enables operators to save sealing parameters as recipe presets. The SB20TS's touchscreen also displays operational information and alerts.
The SB20TS-WD features a stainless-steel construction and is available in IP65 or IP69K ratings, making it ideal for clean-room and washdown environments. The system can be safely cleaned using water at standard garden hose pressure. This design enables industries such as seafood, poultry, meat, produce, pharmaceutical, chemical, or agricultural to adhere to strict cleaning standard.
