Formost Fuji Corporation is excited to announce the launch of their newly designed horizontal bagging machine, setting a new standard in packaging technology.

Engineered for high performance, the new BDS Model operates at an impressive speed of up to 90 packages per minute, all while maintaining a remarkably quiet operation.

At the heart of this innovation is a servo-driven overhead system that enables seamless and efficient operation. This advanced technology not only ensures precision in every package but also significantly reduces operational noise, making it an ideal choice for various packaging environments.

The overhead pusher paddles are now attached to a robust timing belt system, which not only provides greater accuracy and improved efficiency but also ensures a much smoother and quieter operation.

One of the standout features of the new BDS horizontal bagging machine is the pneumatic- driven hold-down fingers, which are controlled by a user-friendly PLC. Adjustments can be made effortlessly via the intuitive HMI panel, conveniently mounted on a new rotating arm for easy access from both the front and back of the machine. This thoughtful design simplifies operations and enhances user experience.

Additionally, the machine incorporates servo-driven infeed and discharge conveyors that allow for precise adjustments.

Safety is a top priority; the BDS Bagger is equipped with a torque-limiting safety switch that automatically halts the bagging process if excessive resistance is detected on the pusher paddle.
