New Zealand Health Minister...

wants 2/3 of cigarette pack to offer graphic images of dangers of smoking.

 The pictures include an ulcerated mouth, gangrenous toes, a close-up of a damaged heart and lungs, and a deformed human eye to convey the message that smoking causes blindness. Australia moved to 60 percent of the pack containing warnings in March. Canada mandates 50 percent of the pack contain such warnings.
