Combi Packaging Systems LLC, a joint venture of 3M, has become the official provider of replacement parts for 3M-Matic™ case sealers and spare parts for industrial Scotch and Tartan branded tape dispensers. The new Case Sealer Parts Department (CSPD) division was formed to maintain and improve service to customers while providing a single location for replacement parts, training, and stocked equipment. Combi’s facility in Canton, OH has been the North American distribution center for 3M-Matic™ case sealers since 2002.
“Regular maintenance and factory approved parts are key to protecting your case sealer investment,” says Lorie Reno, CSPD Parts Manager. “To streamline the purchasing process, we are excited to announce the recent launch of our CSPD on-line store, which provides 24/7 access to parts pricing and availability to our customers and sales channel partners.”
