REA JET: Fiber marking laser

REA JET presents the FL fiber laser that marks metals and plastics and is unforgeable with a captive marking; the high resolution allows the application of smallest characters as well as machine-readable codes, boosting the traceability of products.

The marking system is consumable-free and low-maintenance. At the same time the life span of approximately 100,000 hours of operation ensures high investment security. Typical applications include embossing and color change marking (annealing) of metals, the color change of plastics containing additives, the layer removal in day-and-night design, marking by using laser transfer foils, as well as the marking of multilayer films such as hose bag packaging.

The FL is also capable of satisfying the rising demand for direct part marking (dpm) of metal components. The high beam quality and energy density guarantee short marking times and excellent readability of even the smallest characters. Texts and graphics may be freely designed, the use of TrueType fonts and UTF-8 coding allows the display of international characters.
