MG America, the U.S. subsidiary of MG2 of Bologna, Italy introduces the ACE-CT400 Coding & Verification Unit, an integrated system for carton serialization.  The machine, which can provide track & trace capabilities as granular as unit-level, can handle cartons ranging in size from 20x20x80mm to 120x80x200mm at a maximum speed of 400 per minute.

Coding on the ACE-CT400 can be performed on either side of a carton, and/or on top.
Positive carton indexing and transportation is assured, as servo-driven belts provide accurate speed management and position control throughout the process.  Laser printing also is available.  Carton rejection is performed via servo-driven reject button; tamper-evident flap seal dispensers can be added as an optional feature.

Remarkably, the ACE-CT400 accomplishes all this while only occupying a small footprint.  The system’s other features include:
• Stainless steel machine frame and electrical cabinet
• No pneumatic components
• Reject verification
• Unit can be supplied with Rockwell/Allen Bradley components
