Proven design, few moving parts, and stainless steel architecture ensure a long service life even in the most challenging environments. Each EZ-Series film applicator features a stepper drive film feed system and long lasting guillotine knife system for precise and repeatable film cut-lengths. These systems produce a high-quality appearance for the package’s shrink sleeve label or tamper evident band.

Fully automatic, continuous motion operation, and cantilevered design allows EZ-Series heat shrink sleeve machines to easily integrate into new or existing packaging lines. Standard Allen-Bradley PLCs with intuitive operator interface and recipe functions help to ensure ease of operation.

With the capability to configure up to three applicator heads on one system, at any time, the EZ-Series is an excellent shrink sleeve applicator solution for companies that anticipate future growth. The multiple head configuration increases the system's speed and provides redundancy.
