B&R Industrial Automation opened an office in Andover, UK. Chris Hansford was named office manager.

Delkor Systems qualified as a Machine Builder partner in the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork™ program.

Pregis Corp. formed the Pregis Fabricator Council to help bring new engineered protective packaging solutions to end-user customers. Tony Smith, Pregis’ general manager for engineered products, will head the program.

Joe Martin was appointed packaging and converting sales manager for Beckhoff Automation.

Alan Barney was appointed national sales manager, U.S. and Canadian direct market operations for Aetna Group USA.

Jasper Bruinsma was appointed regional account manager for Norwood Marking Systems/Allen Coding Systems.

Dan Capell was named Western regional sales manager for PDC International Corp.

Paul McEllin was named general manager for the western U.S. and Healthcare business unit by FlexLink Americas.

Olivier Huss was appointed labeling market development manager, Adhesive Dispensing division, Nordson Corp.

 

ACHIEVEMENTS

Saint-Gobain Containers, Inc., along with its parent company, Saint-Gobain, was named 2009 Energy Star Partner of the Year by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Saint-Gobain is the first glass company to receive this award.
