Pro Mach acquires Labeling Systems, Inc.

New division expands labeling, and coding and marking solutions portfolio for Pro Mach.

Pro Mach, Inc. has acquired Labeling Systems, Inc., better known as LSI, a designer and manufacturer of pressure-sensitive labeling equipment. New Jersey-based LSI will become a division of Pro Mach’s Identification and Tracking Business Unit.

LSI designs and manufactures turnkey systems for labeling of beverages, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and other consumer and industrial goods. For more than 30 years, LSI has developed a reputation for engineering and manufacturing excellence.

“We’re pleased to welcome the LSI team, including its distributors and agents, to Pro Mach,” said John W. Paxton, Sr., Pro Mach Chairman and CEO. “We look forward to serving their customers and continuing LSI’s tradition of design and manufacturing excellence.”

Jack Roe, LSI Executive Vice-President and General Manager, will join Pro Mach and continue to guide the new division as Vice-President and General Manager. He will report to Bob Zuilhof, President of Pro Mach’s Identification and Tracking Business Unit.
